The Southeast Credit Union Conference & Expo and the Southeast Leadership Development Conference provide company exposure to credit union decision makers during exhibit hall hours as well as networking opportunities throughout each event.

Southeast Credit Union Conference & Expo

As the largest event of the year for southeast credit unions, this event attracts more credit union executives and volunteers than any other event throughout the year. The Southeast Credit Union Conference & Expo (SCUCE) provides:

  • The ideal platform to showcase your products and services in front of southeast credit union decision makers;
  • Networking with key executives who are looking to maximize service to their members;
  • Exposure to a more targeted audience with face-to-face buyer contact;
  • Enhanced corporate image by showing your support and commitment to the credit union movement;
  • And much more!

Booth space is sold on a first come, first served basis. Booth space is priced according to location and the date your payment is received. There are two levels of booth space available:

  • Level 1 Booth: $2,500ea
  • Level 2 Booth: $2,250ea

All prices include the following:

  • Exclusive exhibit hours with Access to credit union executives outside the exhibit hall during other conference events
  • 8’ x 10’ booth space
  • Side & back draping
  • Two chairs
  • 6ft table & trash can
  • Booth identification sign
  • Admission for two representatives
  • Company contact information & description in convention notebook
  • Pre-show list of registrants
  • Admission to educational sessions, as well as the general session
  • 24-hour exhibit hall security
  • Group room rates at the hotel

A maximum of two additional representatives may be added at a cost of $225 per person. A maximum of four representatives per booth are allowed. Booths must be manned at all times during exhibit sessions. And, children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the exhibit hall at any time…this includes set-up, exhibit sessions, and dismantling. Additionally, the exhibit hall will be locked during non-exhibit hours, so please be sure to take your personal belongings with you when you leave.

New location, exceptional education sessions, top industry speakers, and outstanding networking events!

During the Southeast Leadership Development Conference, exhibitors have the opportunity to engage all conference participants by networking during exhibit hall hours.

Pricing/Booth Space

In order to keep the Southeast Leadership Development Conference an intimate networking event, we’re offering a limited number of booths. Booth space is sold on a first come, first served basis. Individual booth space is $1,695 per booth.

All prices include the following:

  • 8’ x 10’ booth space
  • Side & back draping
  • Essentials Package: one skirted table, two chairs, & waste basket
  • Booth identification sign
  • Admission for two representatives
  • Pre-show list of registrants
  • Admission to breakout sessions, general sessions, and 2 breakfasts
  • 24-hour exhibit hall security
  • Group room rates at the hotel
